Robson reveals Solomon helped get her to rehab after holiday meltdown

The 61 year old panellist has spoken out about how a holiday to Ibiza in 2018 with Stacey, 30, Nadia Sawalha, Andrea McLean, Kaye Adams and Saira Khan ended in her being in a “terrible state”. Linda, who starred in TV sitcom Birds of a Feather, began suffering with anxiety after her son Louis’ friend Ben Kinsella was stabbed to death while the pair were on a night out to celebrate their GCSEs in 2008. After her suffering in Ibiza, the Loose Women stars contacted Linda’s family and it was agreed she would return to the UK to go straight to a rehabilitation clinic in London. “When we got to the clinic, they all met us there and when I saw their worried faces all I could think of was, ‘Oh no, what have I done to them?’.” After agreeing with her husband Mark, 59, daughters Lauren, 37, and Bobby, 23, and son Louis, 28, about her visit to rehab, Linda revealed how she felt uncomfortable after some visitors started taking photographs of her. She said: “It was a beautiful place, but I only ever spoke to a doctor on Skype and they just kept upping the anti-depressants as my anxiety and compulsive behaviour was so bad.” Unfortunately the clinic didn’t work for Linda and after she returned home she was soon back to drinking again, despite spending thousands on the treatment. But, after stints in three different centres, Linda has been on the road to recovery an returned to Loose Women, where she bravely spoke about her struggles form the year before.
