Healthy 36-year-old among 639 new coronavirus deaths in UK

These numbers of course don't tell the full picture of the loss of life experienced in the country during this crisis. Earlier today, the Office for National Statistics released new data, which takes into accounts all deaths - including those in care homes and communities. This represents an increase of 3,835 deaths registered compared with the previous week and 11,854 more than the five-year average. The ONS data also spells out the grim picture taking place in the nation's care homes.
