Sleep better during lockdown – with these 5 simple tips

Don't we all: as coronavirus lockdown begins to take its toll, many of us are finding it harder to get a good night's sleep. A lack of exercise, too much TV and alcohol, to say nothing of worrying, are making us lose sleep, sometimes for the first time in our lives. The good news is that said foods are delicious (and healthy): try cherries, pineapple, kiwi, or bananas before bedtime. Try a combination of bergamot, vetiver, jasmine, sandalwood, and geranium essential oils. Avoid bright citruses such as sweet orange asthey're more likely to keep you awake.
