Sky News has learnt that the concert party of shareholders comprising Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou and members of his family sold a chunk of stock for £13m on Friday. A filing about the change in Sir Stelios's concert party's shareholding is expected to be disclosed by the London Stock Exchange later on Friday or early next week.
