Lewandowski becomes first player to match Ronaldo and Messi feat

Robert Lewandowski became just the third player, alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, to score 40 goals in five consecutive seasons. The Champions League still eludes him but the Bavarians are among the favourites for this year's competition - should UEFA find a method of concluding it. Despite his colossal amount of goals the Pole does often get overlooked due to the numbers regularly put up by Ronaldo and Messi.
